At Pikanini Pals, we take great care to ensure each item is made and packed with love.
Please read our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our baby products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, health, or hygiene reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email us at pikaninipals@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
All sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

5. Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
