PRE ORDER INFORMATION 

PLEASE ensure you have read and understood PRE ORDER information -

All preorder products will be stated upon adding to cart with a buying option of "preorder" and also information about the preorder will be written in bold/black writing in the products information section- this will state an estimated availability timeframe, We strive to give the very latest timeframe however occasionally there may be delivery and manufacturing delays on pre orders.

PLEASE only select this option if you are not in a rush to receive goods, if you prefer your items now please select from our in stock products.

Generally, if you purchase any in stock item/s at the same time as preorder items, then we will ship out all items once your preorder product has come into stock. We would appreciate it if you did a separate order for in stock items, if you are wanting them sent out immediately, due to shipping costs, however if you have purchased products together and are wanting in stock items sent, please reach out to us at Pikaninipals@gmail.com  with any queries or questions
